Give Thanks!

Giving thanks can make you happier! So many studies show that when you’re a person that lives with an attitude of gratitude, you’re a happier and healthier person! Just google “gratitude and health” - there’s a lot of studies to back this up and I’m here for it! I challenge you to write 3-5 things every day that you’re thankful for and see how it improves your daily life! If you are looking for a great book on this subject, I highly recommend Ann Voskamp’s book, “One Thousand Gifts - A Dare To Love Fully Right Where You Are.” So, on this Monday, tell me what you’re grateful for! I’m grateful for my Savior’s love for me, a porch swing and coffee, and God’s protection over my daughter when she was rear-ended yesterday.
